Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
We ship our crafts to customers all around Ireland and the rest of the world. All international shipping is operated as an express tracked service.
To make international shipping easier for you, we cover up to 50% of shipping costs depending on where you’re based. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout by package weight. The fee you see at checkout is inclusive of our contribution.
Please note that some regions will incur additional customs charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot contribute to their cost.
As a small Irish craft business, we dedicate care and consideration to every product that we craft. Please help us to do our best work, and expect the following processing & delivery times for shipping & delivery by location.

Returns within Ireland
We are happy to accept returns within our 30 day returns window. The item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. Please contact our team at thedesignstudio@sogh.ie with your order number to begin the returns procedure.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns outside of Ireland
We are happy to accept returns within our 30 day returns window. The item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. Please contact our team at thedesignstudio@sogh.ie with your order number to begin the returns procedure. Your return must be approved by our team and given a return number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that items returned to us from outside of Ireland may incur customs charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be approved provided that they are within the 30 day window, and returned in their original condition without any signs of use, mishandling or damage.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed straight away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take up to 10 days to reach your account.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and we will notify them about the return.
Exchanges / Replacements (if applicable)
In the unlikely event of an incorrect order or an item is defective, missing something or damaged on arrival, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with photos of the packaging and the product outlining the issue.
Please note that all products should be handled with care, and that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds for damage incurred through mishandling or a lack of product care.
